Jesus has called us to be good stewards of our treasures. Giving is done not out of compulsion, but out of a deep desire to be like Him. As an act of worship, we give cheerfully and sacrificially. We invite you to pray and consider what God has given you that you may give a portion back to Him. At Harmony Church, we take to heart the charge of Deuteronomy 26:12 to help and give to the fatherless, the stranger and the widow.
Your giving also helps us reach our community and the world with the love of God! Our internet outreach makes the preaching of the Word of God available globally and without charge. By supporting this ministry you are bringing the Gospel along with nourishment and love to those who are hurting right outside of our doors, across the country, and around the world. We whole heartedly believe that the Lord honors those who honor Him and will return a harvest to those who have sown unto His work. However giving is also a matter of the heart and we simply encourage you to give as you purpose in your heart.
So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. - 2 Corinthians 9:7
